At Kebble Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kebble.jewelry. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If an item is returned used, we will ship it back to you without issuing a refund.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
